CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

CHECK-IN TIME - 3:00 PM
Before leaving "The Shady Palms", there are a few things that we ask you to do. As always, if you have any questions about check our procedures before leaving our rental, please contact us and we will be glad to assist.
Here are our check-out procudures:
- Clean out the refrigerator
- Empty all trash in chute by elevator
- Please wash and dry your dirty towels
- Take your sheets off the beds and put in front of the washing machine
- Put remotes in entertainment center drawer
- Load dishwasher and start
Do not put any blender parts in the dishwasher
Do not put any plastic items in lower rack of dishwasher
Rinse dried food from dishes and utensils - Set thermostat at 80 degrees
- Lock all doors & put the key in the lock box
- Please email us with your evaluation
